Shift: Morning & evenings to align with event schedule

Pay: $16 - $17 + gratuity

Creative Dining Services is seeking a part time Caterer & Bartender for the Haworth Hotel on the campus of Hope College, in Holland, Michigan!

This role includes the working of coffee breaks, receptions, and campus events including set-up, service, and clean-up. Interacts with guests and customers at events with professionalism, service and grace. Charged with managing the bar operations, preparing and serving beverages and snacks to guests.

Ideal Candidate:

Part time as needed. Hours range from 0 - 25 based on the event schedule.
1 year of Bartending experience
Must be 18 or older

Core Responsibilities:

Sets up, serves and cleans up dining room as directed.
Ensures all dishes, utensils, and other equipment from the storeroom are clean and properly returned to their correct place.
Able to transport food, beverages and related items to serving, or guest tables.
Set up and cleanup of decorations, guest tables, and serving tables
Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Restocks and replenishes bar inventory and supplies.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

The position of Catering staff involves work in a commercial kitchen, meeting room, banquet/ dining room or occasional outdoor environment. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
