ABCD has provided services to migrant, seasonal, and local farm workers’ children as well as other urban and rural low-income families since 1946.  As a non-profit provider of comprehensive child development services for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, the agency serves on average over 1,200 children in nineteen rural New York State counties.

ABCD has a current and immediate opening for a Part-time Custodian in our Holley Center.

General role: 

Under the guidance of the Center Director Responsible for custodial duties at the center.

Education / Experience Requirements:

• No minimum educational background required.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow directions accept supervision and function as a team member with all center staff.
• Must meet all current child care employee regulations—background checks, training and educational requirements, physical exams.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
