Job DetailsJob Location: THE LUTHERAN HOME AT HOLLIDAYSBURG - HOLLIDAYSBURG, PA 16648 CHARGE NURSE-LPN THE LUTHERAN HOME at HOLLIDAYSBURG   PART TIME 2nd OCCASIONAL SHIFTS AVAILABLE COMPETITIVE RATES (Starting rate is dependent on experience) PLUS OTHER GREAT BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE   The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg, a skilled nursing and independent living community, is actively seeking candidates for Charge Nurse/LPN openings. This position will provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nurse aides.  Our Nurse Management Team works on the floor with our staff to provide the highest quality of resident care.   Responsibilities: Performs all prescribed med passes during shift according to orders. Provides nursing care to the residents and supervises the day to day operations of nurse assistants. Reports all accidents/incidents and changes in a residents condition observed on shift. This is a supervisory position that reports to the Director of Nursing. The hours and days of work vary as needed. Qualifications: GPN or graduate of an LPN program. Minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
