Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time | Hollister, CA

Help children build the skills they need for everyday independence—on a flexible, part-time schedule.

Peninsula Pediatric Therapy, P.C. is a Carmel-based practice seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric services in Hollister.

This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, working with children (birth–21) with developmental, sensory, neuromuscular, and orthopedic needs.

Responsibilities

  •  Evaluate and treat pediatric patients using occupational therapy techniques 
  •  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans 
  •  Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and daily living activities 
  •  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team 
  •  Educate families and caregivers on home programs and strategies 
  •  Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications 
  •  Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress 
Qualifications

  •  Active California Occupational Therapist license (in good standing) 
  •  Pediatric experience or strong interest in pediatrics 
  •  Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills 
Requirements

  •  Reliable transportation between work sites 
  •  Ability to assist with lifting children and equipment
