The Big Task
This on-site entry level position is responsible for managing the schedule of sales team members, technicians, project managers, and customers to successfully complete installation of HVAC systems.
Key Sub Tasks
- Answer incoming customer calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
- Manage Sales Team’s schedules.
- Contact customers to set up their equipment installation and schedule install crews to the jobs.
- Ensure all subcontractors are scheduled.
- Monitor the status and progress of install crews.
- Check paperwork from completed install jobs on a daily basis
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Sales/Install Department.
- High School diploma or equivalent.Â
- IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.Â
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills; and the ability to work well with people.Â
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time.Â
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and ability to learn complementary office systems.Â
