Greystone Data Solutions Inc is looking for a skilled Automation & Technical Support Technician to join our team in Southlake, TX. Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain automation systems and related hardware/software components
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation equipment and infrastructure
Diagnose and resolve system failures, connectivity issues, and performance problems in a timely manner
Monitor automated systems and processes to ensure optimal performance and uptime
Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements
Document technical procedures, system configurations, and support tickets accurately
Train end-users and staff on automation tools, systems, and best practices

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in automation, technical support, or a related field
Proficiency with automation systems, PLCs, or industrial control technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments
Experience with data systems, IT infrastructure, or technical operations is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, or automation-specific credentials) preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
