CIPP Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced CIPP Manager to oversee all aspects of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation and CCTV pipeline inspection operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing field crews, coordinating projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining equipment, and delivering high-quality trenchless rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in underground utilities, hydrovac excavation, pipeline inspection, and trenchless technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily CIPP lining and CCTV pipeline inspection operations.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate field crews, equipment, and materials.
- Oversee pre-lining CCTV inspections and post-installation quality assurance inspections.
- Ensure all CIPP installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, production schedules, and job profitability.
- Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and confined space regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate field supervisors, camera operators, installers, and technicians.
- Troubleshoot field issues and develop solutions to minimize downtime and project delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, inspection reports, production records, and client communications.
- Assist with estimating, project planning, and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CIPP rehabilitation, trenchless construction, or underground utility services.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV pipeline inspection, pipe cleaning, CIPP installation methods, and trenchless rehabilitation practices.
- Experience with municipal sewer and stormwater infrastructure.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, utility maps, and project specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience operating or managing CCTV inspection systems.
- Knowledge of hydrovac excavation and utility locating operations.
- Proficiency with inspection reporting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around construction equipment.
- Availability for occasional overtime, weekends, and emergency response work.
