Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Mill Operator to operate equipment used in the recycling process. This role involves loading materials, monitoring product quality, and ensuring materials meet required specifications throughout production.

Responsibilities

• Operate mill equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load raw materials weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Monitor material thickness and quality throughout production.
• Adjust equipment as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance.
