Customer Service Representative

Delta Workforce is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in Holly Springs, MS!

We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a stable company offering excellent benefits. The first several months will focus on training, learning company products, and becoming familiar with internal processes.

Daily Duties

• Answer customer calls and respond to emails regarding orders, quotes, and general inquiries.
  

• Follow up with customers on open quotes, orders, and account questions.
  

• Process orders, invoices, and quotes using Microsoft Dynamics.
  

• Coordinate with the Michigan office on customer orders and shipping.
  

• Provide friendly, professional customer service while learning company products and procedures.
  

Hours & Pay

• Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  

• Up to $38,000 per year

Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service or office experience, strong communication skills, reliable attendance, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
