Job position description:

We are looking to fill the position for an entry level CSR to gather information from customers and determine the approximate costs of various electrical installations for residential projects. The CSR’s responsibilities include reaching out to each customer & determining what all is needed for the job, researching market prices for project materials & equipment, and managing the residential project schedule. 

The ideal candidate is someone who’s ready to have a full-time job and looking for a quality career experience. Effectively talking to customers is a large portion of the work. Ultimately, an ideal candidate would have Microsoft Office experience (proficiency is a bonus) and demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Some prior electrical and/or mechanical knowledge is a preferred.

This is an entry level hourly position with the range of 18-24$/hr depending on experience, and qualifications with opportunity for advancement.

Business hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

State Electric HQ is located in Holly, Michigan, a great rural setting close to many modern-day amenities and family-oriented activities. Minutes from the Village of Holly, Ortonville, Clarkston, and Grand Blanc areas.

• Hands on electrical, mechanical or construction knowledge is advantageous but not required.
