Job DetailsJob Location: Houma, LA 70360Purpose: The Contracts Administrator is responsible for managing company contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting corporate goals through effective contract administration and negotiation.   Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and process contracts, amendments, renewals, and other contractual documents. Track contract status, deadlines, renewals, and key deliverables. Maintain accurate contract records and filing systems. Coordinate contract approvals and obtain necessary signatures. Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to company policies. Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and legal counsel. Support negotiations by gathering required documentation and information. Generate reports on contract activity, expiration dates, and outstanding actions. Respond to contract-related inquiries and provide administrative support. Identify and resolve contract discrepancies or documentation issues. Ensure subcontractor compliance with insurance and safety requirements. QualificationsEssential Qualifications: 2+ years of contract administration or related experience. Knowledge of contract management processes and document control practices. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
