Key Responsibilities: • Develop cost-effective project plans and schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization. • Select and coordinate subcontractor work across various project phases. • Oversee trade contractors’ performance and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. • Administer construction contracts and secure necessary permits and licenses. • Supervise assistant managers, review reports, and address safety or other reported deficiencies. • Track and manage project schedules and costs to ensure completion within allocated time and budget. • Report project progress and necessary modifications to owners and architects. Supervisory Responsibilities: • Manage 1-2 subordinate supervisors overseeing 3-4 employees on-site. • Directly supervise 1-2 non-supervisory employees. • Responsible for hiring, training, planning, assigning work, and evaluating performance. Qualifications: • Education/Experience: Prime General LLC 03/21/2025 o Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Construction Management or related field. o 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Skills: o Ability to read and interpret technical and regulatory documents. o Strong communication skills (written and verbal). o Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and geometry. o Strong problem-solving skills in varied situations. • Certifications/Training: o Various construction-related certifications and training. Physical Demands: • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk/hear. • Must frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds. • Specific vision abilities: close, distance, and peripheral vision. Work Environment: • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, outdoor weather conditions, and vibration. • Occasional exposure to wet conditions, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and electrical risks. • The noise level is typically very loud.
