The Upton Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hollywood. Daily/Weekly Responsibilities

Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
Perform on-call emergency service as required (on-call bonuses)
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris

Who and what skills are we looking for?

A minimum of 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
EPA Universal or Type II is REQUIRED
Moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
Energetic, responsible and organized
A true team-player mentality is of utmost importance
