Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Participates in shift report by listening actively and clarifying patient care instructions with Charge Nurse
Monitors and records vital signs (TPR, height, weight, I&O and BP) accurately and within time frames.
Attends to the Activities of Daily Living of patients by assisting and/or supervising.
Serves Meals, monitoring and recording dietary habits.
Intervenes as appropriate with dietary needs and records intake of form, as instructed
