This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. The Operator will assist with the production, filling, batching, packaging, and distribution of epoxy products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Essential Responsibilities Fill, package, and label manufactured products accurately. Assist with various aspects of the batching and manufacturing process. Prepare materials and equipment for production runs. Support inventory movement and distribution activities. Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Assist team members with general manufacturing duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
