You’ll lead daily operations across our multifamily portfolio, align our commercial, HOA, and vacation rental teams to a single standard, and act as Director when leadership is out — not as a placeholder, but as the person who keeps everything running at full speed. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Portfolio Operations Day-to-day oversight of all multifamily communities with cross-portfolio coordination across commercial, HOA, and vacation rental lines. Team Leadership Direct supervision and coaching of Regional Managers and on-site teams across all business lines. Financial Oversight Budget preparation, monthly variance review, collections enforcement, and CAM reconciliation support. Maintenance & Capital Projects Unit turn oversight, preventive maintenance programs, and capital project coordination. Leasing & Performance Leasing performance standards, traffic reporting, closing ratios, and renewal rate monitoring across the multifamily portfolio. A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT INCLUDE Conducting property audits across communities and implementing corrective action plans Reviewing monthly operating statements and drilling into variance reports with on-site teams Escalating and resolving lease disputes, collections issues, or compliance gaps Partnering with the Director of Property Management on company-wide initiatives and personnel decisions Acting as the single point of escalation for all regional and on-site teams in the Director’s absence Overseeing COI compliance for vendors, contractors, and tenants across the multifamily portfolio QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 5–8 years of progressive multifamily property management experience, including at least 2 years in a regional, multi-site, or senior operational leadership role Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred Credentials: CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) preferred; ARM, CPM, or other industry designations a plus Cross-Portfolio Knowledge: Exposure to commercial, HOA/association management, or vacation rental operations strongly preferred Technology: Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or similar property management software; Microsoft Office Suite SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and hold accountable a geographically dispersed team Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with residents, boards, ownership, and vendors Financial acumen to read and apply operating statements, variance reports, and budget documents Sound judgment across a wide range of operational situations and property types   Prime Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.     Qualifications
