The primary responsibilities include processing pick-up and walk-in orders, maintaining a clean and organized showroom, assisting customers with inquiries, making follow-up calls for pending orders, and managing the cash register.   Key Responsibilities:   Assist walk-in customers by processing orders and answering inquiries. Support showroom sales by providing product information and upselling where appropriate. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience in the showroom. Process and fulfill pick-up and walk-in orders efficiently. Track and follow up on pending orders with customers, ensuring timely pickups. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom at all times. Monitor product displays and ensure that all items are properly stocked and labeled. Manage daily cash register operations, including processing payments. Maintain an accurate daily log of all transactions, ensuring the register balances at the end of the day. Assist with data entry tasks related to sales, customer orders, and inventory management. Support the sales team with any administrative tasks as needed. QualificationsEducation and Experience Required: Highschool Diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a sales environment Basic math skills and ability to manage cash transactions. Proficiency with basic computer skills, including data entry.   Preferred Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move products up to 20-30lbs.   Job Type: Full-Time   Expected Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.   Pay: $19-20   Comprehensive benefits package offered.   Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
