Summary
Student graduate assistants will assist graduate Biomedical Sciences faculty in labs as Teaching Assistants and/or be responsible for offering tutoring sessions forthefollowingcourses:Histology,GrossAnatomy,andHumanPhysiology.
Essential Functions
Assisting students during lab
Assisting the instructor in setting up and cleaning up the lab
Tutoring students outside of the lab
Proctor lab exams
Electronic communication with students and prospective students.
Qualifications/Requirements
BSinBiology,Chemistry,orequivalentdegree fromaccreditedinstitutions.
Musthavecompleted graduate-levelHumanPhysiology,GrossAnatomy,and Histologylectureandlabscourses with an“A.”
Someexperienceworkingwith the Anatomagetable.
Basicknowledgeoflearning managementsystemssuchas ExamsoftandCanvas.
Good communication skills, verbal and written.
