Job Summary:

Pacific Rise Co is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Hollywood, FL team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Provide information regarding services, scheduling, and account updates
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow up on customer inquiries and service issues
• Ensure compliance with company service standards
• Support additional administrative duties as assigned
