Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Insight Development
- Acquire deep expertise in brand, market, customer, and competitive dynamics to uncover insights
- Translate research findings, audience insights, and market intelligence into actionable brand strategies
- Identify opportunities for brand growth by synthesizing quantitative and qualitative research into compelling recommendations
- Provide strategic guidance throughout the lifecycle of a brand, ensuring consistency and relevance across initiatives
- Develop strategic deliverables, including competitive analyses, market syntheses, and workshop outputs
Brand & Market Knowledge
- Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned brands, therapeutic areas, and clinical data
- Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, customer behaviors, and emerging healthcare dynamics
- Analyze market research and performance data to identify opportunities, challenges, and implications for brand strategy
Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with Creative, Account, Digital, Medical, and Analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment and integrated execution
- Mentor junior strategists and provide guidance on strategic thinking, research approaches, and deliverable development
- Work closely with colleagues to create and facilitate workshops and working sessions
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to both internal teams and clients, providing informed perspectives that shape decision-making and drive brand growth
- Contribute to agency thought leadership and strategic innovation initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, healthcare communications, pharmaceutical advertising, or a related field
- Strong analytical, writing, and storytelling skills
- Experience translating research and insights into actionable brand strategies
- Understanding of healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing, and customer engagement principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience facilitating workshops and presenting strategic recommendations to clients preferred
