As a Group Account Supervisor, at Wedgewood Health, you lead with vision and empathy. You are a strategic partner and mentor, guiding teams to deliver enduring healthcare communications that reflect our values of wonder, truth, and unity. You foster collaboration across disciplines, ensuring that every brand story is grounded in science and elevated by human insight. Leads account teams and drives strategic initiatives, oversees multiple brands. Serves as a client partner and ensures business growth.Â
In this role, you will be deeply involved in medical advertising execution, making hands on experience in pharmaceutical or medical advertising—and a solid understanding of the regulatory environment—essential. You’ll play a key role in bringing tactics to life, confidently shepherding work through the MLR process, and partnering closely with clients and internal teams. Throughout it all, you’ll maintain a calm, confident presence that builds trust, keeps work moving forward, and reflects the energy and optimism of a growing agency.

Work Environment & Location
This role is hybrid, with a preference for candidates who can work from our Holmdel, NJ office two days per week. We will prioritize hybrid candidates; however, we are open to remote consideration for the right candidate with the appropriate healthcare advertising agency experience and a strong track record of collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Financial managementÂ
•   Oversee budgets, timelines, and scopes with transparency and accountability
•   Maintains a high degree of fiscal responsibility for the client business and the agencyÂ
•   Responsible for forecasts, phasing, and input on resourcingÂ

Brand/Account management fundamentals Â
•   Present a professional and positive image of Wedgewood both internally and externallyÂ
•   Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that exceed client expectationsÂ
•   Champion a culture of curiosity, encouraging teams to explore new ideas and technologiesÂ
•   Oversee multiple brands or therapeutic areasÂ
•   Guide team in understanding customer engagement strategiesÂ
•   Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, translating complex challenges into actionable plansÂ
•   Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with clientsÂ
•   Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and compliance – ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfactionÂ
•   Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive environmentÂ
•   Evaluates creative to ensure consistency in messaging, credibility, and alignment with brand positioning Â
•   Lead cross-functional collaboration and resource planningÂ
•   Identify opportunities for organic growth and new businessÂ
•   Leads development and participates in delivery of quarterly business reviews (QBR) with clientsÂ
•   May manage a direct report. As such, create development plans and deliver annual 360 evaluations for direct reports, conduct weekly 1:1s with direct reports, and provide real-time actionable feedbackÂ
Brand, therapeutic category, and market acumenÂ
•   In-depth understanding of all key brand clinical data, messaging, and strategic imperativesÂ
•   Maintain a constant and consistent surveillance of the therapeutic category, competitors, and market and share relevant information with the internal teams and clients in a timely mannerÂ
•   Develop, along with cross-functional team, recommendations and POVs to drive client businessÂ
•   Stay informed on healthcare trends and bring fresh perspectives to the team and clientsÂ

QualificationsÂ
•   Bachelor’s degree requiredÂ
•   7–9 years of experience in healthcare advertisingÂ
•   Expertise in brand strategy, clinical data, and MLR processesÂ
•   Strong leadership and mentoring capabilitiesÂ
•   Experience managing large teams and complex projectsÂ
•   Proficient in MS OfficeÂ
