We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our Operations Team in New Jersey!

This skilled Network Engineer will design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. The Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our LAN/WAN environment across multiple office locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, configure, and manage enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Implement and maintain SD-WAN solutions connecting branch offices to corporate data centers and cloud environments
Manage firewall policies and VPN configurations (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) in accordance with security best practices
Monitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, and SNMP-based platforms
Perform capacity planning and recommend infrastructure upgrades to support business growth
Troubleshoot complex network issues including routing (BGP/OSPF), switching (VLANs, STP), and wireless connectivity
Implement network access control (802.1X) and segmentation strategies
Maintain comprehensive network documentation including topology diagrams and IP address management
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours network incidents
Collaborate with security and systems engineering teams on cross-functional projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering
Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS/NX-OS and at least one enterprise firewall platform
Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, or equivalent)
Solid understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching (VLANs, STP, LACP)
Cisco CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred
Experience with network monitoring and management tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Cisco CCNP Enterprise certification
Palo Alto PCNSA or PCNSE certification
Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet)
Python or Ansible scripting for network automation
Experience with Zero Trust Network Architecture

*The salary reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay rate for this position ranges from $95,000 - $125,000. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
