As a Stocker, you’ll help keep shelves stocked, inventory organized, and displays customer-ready while supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment.

What You’ll Do

•  Stock, organize, and replenish shelves throughout the store
•  Unload and process deliveries accurately and efficiently
•  Rotate inventory to maintain freshness and proper stock levels
•  Maintain clean, organized aisles, shelves, stockrooms, and displays
•  Assist customers with locating products and answering questions
•  Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
•  Set up promotional and seasonal product displays
•  Operate pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and box cutters safely
•  Follow company safety procedures and store policies
•  Support team operations and assist other departments when needed

What We’re Looking For

•  Previous stocking, warehouse, grocery, or retail experience preferred but not required
•  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•  Basic math and reading skills for inventory management
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•  Strong customer service and communication skills
•  Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
•  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
•  Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
•  Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Work Environment

•  Fast-paced grocery store environment
•  Exposure to stockrooms, coolers, and freezer areas
•  Frequent lifting, stocking, pushing, pulling, and climbing ladders
•  Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 50 lbs
