What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
  • Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings
  • Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity
  • Collect and record session data accurately (Rethink) within 24 hours
  • Collaborate with families and your clinical team to support client progress
  • Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current RBT certification (In good standing)
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ABA data collection and documentation
  • A patient, creative, and compassionate approach
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
