Graduate CRM Analyst

Strategic Enrollment Management at Xavier University is seeking a Slate (CRM) professional to serve as the primary Slate Captain for our graduate instance. This role is situated on a cohesive, dynamic, and fully-remote Slate team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with all facets of Slate and will help shape the future of an instance that is full of potential!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Expand the systemic utilization of the Graduate Slate (CRM) instance for the purposes of improving enrollment intelligence and business analytics. Lead efforts to automate the process, and components of, Xavier’s Graduate programs through Slate.
  • Maintain existing day-to-day Slate infrastructure (while also potentially building new components to support day-to-day work). This will include, but is not limited to, the following: data uploads, workflows, forms, application builds, rule maintenance/building, email and event creation, etc.
  • Plan, prepare, and produce a variety of regular and ad hoc queries and reports to meet external regulations and internal needs.
  • Provide assistance and support in the identification, methods of statistical analysis, and reporting of benchmark data in support of enrollment strategic planning and overall institutional effectiveness.
  • Actively engage and collaborate as a key member of the larger Xavier University Slate team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 1-3 years of related experience with Slate (CRM) is required
  • Technical experience with CAS applications on the WebAdMIT platform is a plus
  • Technical experience with and/or familiarity with WorkDay
