Position Overview:

As a key contributor to the school’s student support team, you will play an active role in shaping Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborating closely with teachers, specialists, and families. Your responsibilities will include conducting speech and language assessments, designing individualized therapy plans, and providing direct, evidence-based intervention to meet student needs. You will regularly track progress, adjust treatment approaches as necessary, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance and continuity of care. Additionally, you’ll support caregivers and staff by sharing practical strategies that promote communication success both in the classroom and at home.

Requirements

  • ASHA certification is essential for consideration.
