Minimum Hiring Requirements:

 

  1. 5-year construction experience preferred.
  2. Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and Social Security Card.
  3. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  4. Able to work safely within Company policy, OSHA and MSHA Standards.
  5. Able to do any necessary labor work.
  6. Able to work adjusted shifts. (AM or PM)
  7. Able to work overtime.
  8. Must be a Team Player and work well with others.
  9. Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles used to transport it.
  10. Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it’s in good working order.
  11. Driving or controlling heavy equipment to complete tasks at the construction site.
  12. Monitoring performance and adjusting settings as required to perform tasks correctly.
  13. Tracking scheduled maintenance of equipment and notifying their supervisor if maintenance is past due.
  14. Filling out performance records to report problems with equipment.
  15. Cleaning equipment after use and disposing of any collected waste.
  16. Completing minor repair work as needed.
  17. Be permitted to work in the United States. (per Federal Law)
  18. All applicants will be subject to a criminal background check, motor vehicle report and a pre-employment drug screening.
