Description:
The Love Motors organization is a family-owned group of dealerships. We now span several counites and offer a wide variety of products and services. We currently have seven locations, and we are expanding our Accounting office. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with pervious Title Clerk experience to join our team. This is a structured growth opportunity designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in automotive accounting. We are looking to fill the position as quickly as possible.


Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
  • Learn and perform foundational accounting tasks, including new and used car billing.
  • Maintaining accounting schedules regularly.
  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative support
  • Account reconciliations
  • Work closely with all of the accounting staff to receive hands-on training
  • Develop an understanding of dealership operations, compliance, and reporting
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Interest in pursuing a career in automotive accounting
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word, Reynolds & Reynolds & Lightspeed a Plus)
  • 1 year pervious Accounting experience required
  • Pervious Title Clerk experience a Plus
