The Center for Community Resources is seeking a Housekeeper/Cook who is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position ensures that all living, dining, and common areas are kept sanitary and organized, while also planning and preparing nutritious meals that meet dietary and health standards. Essential Functions: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all facility areas, including resident rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining, and common spaces. Perform routine housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Wash, dry, fold, and store linens, towels, and residents’ laundry as needed. Plan, prepare, and serve balanced meals in accordance with nutritional guidelines and resident needs. Comply with food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor and manage food and cleaning supply inventories; notify supervisor of shortages. Safely handle and store cleaning agents and kitchen equipment. Report maintenance or safety issues promptly. Perform other related duties as assigned to support facility operations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Able to exercise sound judgement. Detail oriented and well organized. Able to work independently and with a team. Ability to read and write. High School Diploma/GED - Preferred Cleaning and cooking experience - Preferred Requirements: Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance. Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required. ServSafe Certification - Preferred Individuals who have accessed human services are encouraged to apply. EOE/ADA Pay starts at $17.00/hr.
