PA Retail Banking Market Manager

Salary Grade: (Depends upon applicant’s experience)

Location: Lackawanna County, Main Street Corporate Offices

Duties: Provides managerial oversight to the Pennsylvania Community Office Region to meet and exceed the financial needs of the customers in the assigned market. Works in conjunction with management to establish deposit and loan growth goals to enhance profitability of the offices within the region. Builds and manages a highly motivated office staff through effective recruitment, selection and career development opportunities. Ensures office operations are performed in accordance with all established bank and legal policies and procedures.

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of managerial experience in retail banking, or financial services experience required, Prior outside sales and business development experience preferred.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is preferred.
