As a Before School Group Leader, you’re a steady, welcoming presence in the early hours—helping children arrive safely, ease into the day, and feel prepared for learning. You’ll create a positive morning environment that balances structure, fun, and connection.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming children and helping them transition into the school day

  • Leading morning games, quiet activities, and enrichment experiences

  • Supporting positive behavior and social skills

  • Building respectful relationships with children and families

  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and calm environment

  • Collaborating with teammates to keep mornings running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • You genuinely enjoy working with children

  • You’re reliable, patient, and team-oriented

  • You bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Experience with kids is helpful—but not required

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

  • Available weekday mornings, Monday–Friday

Schedule & Locations

  • Hahaione Elementary

  • Kamiloiki Elementary

  • Monday–Friday: Approximately 5:45am-8am
