Elite Parking Services is hiring a full time Call Center Representative. Pay rate is $18.25/hour.  Must be available to work 6am - 2pm, Wednesday to Sunday.  We are looking for candidates who can commit to this established schedule.

What you'll be doing:
- Handling incoming intercom calls
- Providing instructions/support to customers regarding parking procedures
- Troubleshoot issues
- Document customer interactions
- Manage multiple calls/tasks efficiently

You have:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues
- Proficiency in using relevant computer systems, mobile devices and software
- Ability to work well as a team player
- Ability to maintain professionalism, positive demeanor, and adhere to company standards
