Position Overview:

Unibody Autotech Collision is seeking two enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team. While experience in the collision repair industry is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Ā· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Ā· Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries regarding repair services and processes.

Ā· Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.

Ā· Provide updates to customers about the status of their vehicle repairs.

Ā· Process repair orders and manage paperwork related to customer transactions.

Ā· Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, maintaining a positive experience for all clients.

Ā· Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer interactions are documented.
