Hours: 

 Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Work hours may vary)  

 Compensation: 

The salary range for this role is $54,000 to $70,000 per year; commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initial response to cybersecurity incidents, documenting and escalating as required.
  • Manage daily operations of cybersecurity tools, ensuring optimal performance and timely updates.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, resolving issues, and maintaining service delivery standards.
  • Update and maintain security policies, providing guidance to business units.
  • Manage evidence collection for audits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve security incidents promptly.
  • Monitor security logs, identify threats, and conduct regular vulnerability assessments.
  • Develop and implement security awareness programs for employees.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise service-level agreements.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a similar field is preferred.
  • Certifications like CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CCNA are highly advantageous.
  • One year of IT experience, including security, auditing, or distributed systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple security reviews.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated task management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection and documentation.
  • Experience in accurate incident tracking and documentation.
