The ITSM Developer I plays a crucial role in supporting and advancing our organization's IT Service Management capabilities. You will be responsible for the configuration and ongoing maintenance of our ITSM platform, with a primary focus on the ServiceNow environment. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions. By building and enhancing workflows, forms, and integrations, you will contribute to the stability, performance, and overall optimization of our enterprise service management.
Compensation
The pay range is $28.50 to $33.50/hr, commensurate with experience

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)
