 PT Janitor position for NOAA project HENOAJ (Mon-Fri 1800-2200 $15.74 rate plus $4.57 H+W = $20.31 per Hour. 

Responsibilities:

• Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition on-site working areas and washrooms, or premises of an office, apartment house, or commercial or other establishment. Duties involve a combination of the following:
• Sweeping
• Mopping or scrubbing
• Polishing floors (buffing, strip & wax)
• Carpet Cleaning (vacuuming, spot cleaning, carpet extract)
• Removing trash and other refuse
• Dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures
• Polishing metal fixtures or trimmings
• Providing supplies and minor maintenance services
• Cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms
• Lifting/cleaning raised tiled floor
• Sanitize and disinfect high touch surfaces.

Requirements

All candidates must meet ALL of the following requirements and examination results must be favorable as defined by the DoD contractual requirements:

• Possess a valid automobile driver’s license
• Able to obtain the required Security Clearance
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Drug Testing
• Background Screening
