The Courtesy Shuttle Driver safely transports guests between the Daniel K Inouye International Airport and the Lāna‘i Air private hangar, providing a seamless high-quality transfer, and excellent customer service. Vehicles may vary in size up to 13 passenger seat Sprinters.

The Courtesy Shuttle Driver communicates with the System Operation and Reservation Coordinator team to ensure a smooth pickup of the guest at the designated pick up/drop off locations, and is required to provide guests with authentic Hawaiian hospitality experience during their travel on Lāna‘i Air.

Compensation:

$23.45/hour (non-exempt)

Reporting Relationship:

Reports to: Ramp Operations Manager

Coordinates with: Lāna‘i Air Team – System Operation & Reservation Coordinators and Honolulu Guest Service Screening Agents
