Now Hiring - Mobile Service Technician

• Pay: $25.00-$45.00 Per Flat Rate Hour
• Schedule: This is a full-time opportunity. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.
• Department Hours - Monday-Friday 7 am-5 pm, Saturday 8am-4 pm.

This position is a hybrid role located both onsite and offsite. You will report to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

What You'll Bring

• We require 1+ year of prior automotive repair experience.
• We prefer ASE and manufacturer certification.
• You will be capable to perform vehicle inspections, diagnosis, repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicle manufacturers.
• We prefer you to have a Hawaii State Inspectors License.
• We prefer you to have a Hawaii State Safety Check Inspectors License.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.

The average wage range for this position is $25.00-$45.00 per flat rate hour.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
