Position Overview

Showami is seeking licensed real estate agents in Honolulu, Hawaii, to assist with buyer showings, open houses, and property tasks. This flexible, on-demand role lets you earn extra income on your schedule while staying active in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home showings for buyer clients on behalf of their agents
• Access the listing via your local MLS
• Coordinate schedules with buyers, sellers, and listing agents
• Communicate promptly and professionally

Requirements

1. Active real estate license
2. MLS access and experience showing homes
3. Electronic lockbox access
4. Reliable, professional, and communicative

Compensation & Benefits

• Average Pay: $32 per home shown (up to $50 per showing)

Open Houses: Earn higher payouts for hosting open houses, with average pay varying based on duration and location.

• Extra Income: Tips may be offered for exceptional service or for leaving post-showing feedback
• Flexible Scheduling: Accept or pass up showing requests at your leisure
