Wayfinder Waikiki is seeking individuals who take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and dedication to maintaining clean, comfortable guest rooms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and vacuum guest rooms thoroughly to meet high cleanliness standards

• Collect and transport soiled linens for laundering

• Make beds and ensure rooms are neat, orderly, and guest-ready

• Restock room supplies and amenities (e.g., toiletries, towels, beverages)

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns

• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere in all guest rooms

• Perform other related duties as requested by the Housekeeping Director

What are we looking for?

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction

• Flexible with scheduling; availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
