Adjunct Faculty

University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach on-site in Honolulu, HI in the Business Administration program. Specifically, faculty are sought for courses including Business and Economics of Sustainability (ECON 330) and Business Finance (FINC 330). The role involves actively engaging students, guiding collaboration and application of learning, providing constructive feedback, demonstrating subject-matter expertise, and contributing to curricular improvements. Required qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance or Economics or related field, professional experience, and preferably experience teaching adult learners. The position requires on-site teaching in Honolulu, HI. Faculty must complete a two-week online new faculty orientation. Salary is commensurate with experience and paid per credit hour based on rank and degree.
