Job DetailsJob Location: Brewery and Pub - Hood River, OR 97031Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: Mon - FriThe Senior Supply Chain Manager leads Full Sail's Supply Chain department, owning the full planning and execution cycle: demand planning, production scheduling, inventory management and accuracy, procurement, and order fulfillment. They are a hands-on leader who builds accountable teams, drives ERP discipline, and partners closely with both internal teams; Production, Sales, and Finance and external stakeholders to keep our operations and customer relationships running at a high level.  This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a lean, dynamic environment, takes pride in operational excellence, and knows how to build structure without bureaucracy.      Job Duties & Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)   Planning & Scheduling  Own and execute the S&OP process — translate demand signals into production schedules, material requirements, and capacity plans across all customer programs  Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned to order fulfillment, customer lead times, packaging line capacity, and ingredient availability  Communicate proactively with contract customers, distributors and sales teams on schedule changes, lead times, and production status  Lead financial close planning processes and ensure production variance reporting is accurate and timely  Inventory & Procurement  Set and manage inventory targets across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to balance service levels with working capital  Oversee procurement of ingredients, packaging materials, and indirect supplies — managing supplier relationships, pricing, and lead times  Drive cycle counting, physical inventory accuracy, and E&O (excess and obsolete) reduction programs  Ensure all system and physical inventory movements happen in tandem — no shadow systems  Warehouse & Logistics  Directly manage the Warehouse Supervisor and oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, kitting, staging, and finished goods shipping  Manage outbound logistics for distributors and contract customer orders — coordinating with 3PL providers, carriers, and customer logistics teams  Manage logistics for internal (Pub) and local delivery orders  Ensure warehouse operations meet food safety, FIFO, and TTB compliance standards  ERP & Reporting  Serve as the functional owner of supply chain processes within our ERP system (NetSuite preferred); ensure data integrity across BOMs, item records, and planning parameters  Drive adoption of ERP-based workflows — reduce reliance on spreadsheets and off-system tracking  Partner with Operations and Finance to develop reporting dashboards and KPIs that give leadership real-time visibility into supply chain health  Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders including contract customers  Team Leadership  Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of planners, a logistics coordinator, inventory specialists, and warehouse staff  Build a culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, and clear ownership  Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management for Supply Chain team members  Provide coaching and career development support to grow internal talent  Cross-Functional Collaboration  Work closely with the Brewing, Packaging, and QA teams to align supply plans with operational needs  Serve as the primary Supply Chain contact for contract manufacturing customers — managing expectations, resolving issues, and building strong relationships  Collaborate with Finance on cost modeling, variance analysis, and budget planning  Participate in BRC, TTB, and Costco supplier audit preparation as it relates to supply chain processes  Provide reporting to support all functions of the department (e.g., forecast, orders, inventory accuracy, etc.)  Qualifications 7+ years of supply chain experience in food or beverage manufacturing, with at least 3 years managing a team  Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field  Direct experience managing warehouse, planning, and/or logistics functions — not just planning-only roles  Demonstrated ERP proficiency; NetSuite experience strongly preferred  Strong inventory management skills — able to set targets, manage turns, and run cycle count programs  Proven ability to build and hold accountable a team in a fast-paced, lean environment  Excellent communicator — comfortable interacting with customers, vendors, and senior leadership  Strong customer advocate with and outside-in view to drive high service levels and satisfaction.  Preferred Qualifications:   Master's degree in supply chain management or related field  Experience working with contract manufacturing customers or operating as a co-packer / contract manufacturer  APICS/CPIM or similar supply chain certification  Familiarity with TTB regulations, food safety standards, or OLCC requirements  Experience supporting Costco or other major retail supplier audits  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus given our workforce composition  Working Environment  This role will frequently require time on the production floor, which can be fast paced with varying noise and temperature levels. Safety PPE is required.  What We Offer: 90% employer-paid medical and dental benefits  401(k) with company match  Employer-paid life, accident, paid leave and disability insurance  Company Paid Time Off  4 Flex Personal Holidays, 3 Paid Company Holidays  Food and beverage discounts in the Full Sail Pub
