ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2010 and has grown into a high-performing team of 19 across two offices. We’ve built a strong reputation by focusing on both results and relationships, creating an environment where team members can thrive and grow.
I’m a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, married with three children and two grandchildren. Family and community are incredibly important to me, and that carries into how I lead and support our team. We are deeply involved in the community and proudly support a variety of local organizations. Giving back and making an impact is a core part of who we are as an agency.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Melanie Bakala - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
