- Support ordering, inventory control, branch organization, and daily operational decisions
- Run the branch independently when the Territory Manager is traveling or unavailable
- Learn all aspects of territory operations with the goal of progressing into broader branch leadership
- Help maintain a responsive, accountable, low-drama culture as the team continues to grow
Must-Haves as the Assistant Territory Manager:
- Experience coordinating logistics, dispatch, installation operations, field service, delivery, construction, or a comparable operation

- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to make sound operational decisions independently
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Comfortable building processes and introducing structure in a fast-growing environment
- Genuine interest in developing into branch or territory leadership
- Ability to work full-time onsite in the Manchester, NH area
- Valid driver's license
Nice-to-Haves as the Assistant Territory Manager:
- Dispatch or route-planning experience
- Home improvement, construction, building products, or field service experience
- Experience managing subcontractor or installer networks
- Last-mile delivery or transportation operations experience
- Inventory, warehouse, or receiving experience
- Experience serving as an Assistant Branch Manager, Operations Supervisor, Dispatch Manager, Installation Manager, or Field Operations Coordinator
- Military logistics or operations leadership experience

- Clear succession path toward eventually running the New England territory
- Opportunity to join the company's top-performing branch
- Significant autonomy and trust as you grow into the position
- Casual, low-drama working environment with minimal micromanagement
- Small-team atmosphere where your contribution is highly visible
- Opportunity to help build systems and processes for a branch that has grown approximately 450% since 2020
- Stable national organization with a growing portfolio of consumer brands and continued expansion
