 Common Man Roadside is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our restaurants and general stores!

Pay rate: $27-$30/hr, depending on experience.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall safety and appearance of the properties. This position does require travel between locations in a company vehicle. This is a full time position, weekdays and weekends as required.
Position Responsibilities:
- Receiving work orders and providing solutions for each task
- Respond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needs
- Gasoline island repairs (training provided)
- Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer attached
- Mitigate hazards and promote a safety-oriented culture
- Snow removal; including plowing, hand shoveling, and salting/sanding walkways
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair
- Experience in trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to read and write repair orders
- Ability to provide positive customer service experience
- Interpersonal skills to interact with employees and/or customers.Â
- Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked
- Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building
