Responsible for a variety of hardware and software solutions across all life cycle stages. As an active partner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality products that meet business requirements based on defined outcomes.As the Staff Lifecycle Operations Engineer you will serve as a key technical owner for software solutions at the Hooksett site, including hardware-connected applications and manufacturing technology integrations. This role partners closely with shopfloor users, engineering, and site leadership to deploy, support, and continuously improve technical solutions that directly enable Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). Responsibilities include maintenance of existing solutions, upgrading existing tech stacks, implementing functional and performance enhancements, and developing software solutions to meet evolving manufacturing and business needs.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of software, hardware, and manufacturing operations, translating manufacturing and business needs into stable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. You will support and improve operational capabilities such as production planning and oversight, WIP management, and day-to-day shop execution. The role also requires strong stakeholder engagement, a proactive and hands-on approach to troubleshooting, and the ability to interpret legacy software to enable effective support, issue resolution, and modernization efforts.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the support and continuous improvement of software solutions used at the site, including locally developed applications, hardware-connected systems, and operational planning tools.
Serve as the technical owner for site applications and software solutions, ensuring stability, performance, supportability, and alignment with industry standards and business needs.
Partner across DT as well as with business and production stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver technical deliverables that improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
Maintain and modernize existing applications and tech stacks to improve long-term reliability and performance.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support sustainable software enhancements that address evolving manufacturing and business needs.
Troubleshoot application and system issues end-to-end; perform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Plan and execute enhancements to data flow, integrity, and accessibility across the site.
Develop and implement standard work and technical documentation for site solutions.
Ensure application health, security, and operational continuity through proactive monitoring, lifecycle management, issue prevention, and alignment with site standards and cybersecurity expectations.
Work independently on projects while contributing broadly across functional teams to manage scope and priorities, execute projects, and deliver high-quality technical solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Distinct Area of Work (DAW) or IT
Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
