- Comprehensive Clinical Care: Examine patients of all backgrounds, diagnose conditions, order/interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging), and develop and implement personalized care plans for long-term conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) and conduct wellness exams.
- Team-Based Care & Coordination: Collaborate with internal and community providers, and specialists to manage care transitions, ensuring continuity, particularly for medically complex patients. Supervise and support advanced practice professionals.
- Patient Advocacy & Communication: Build trusting, long-term relationships through effective, empathetic communication. Educate patients and families on disease management and healthy lifestyle changes.
- Efficient Workflow & Technology Adoption: Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and detailed documentation in the electronic medical record system.

Requirements
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
