What You’ll Do
- Â Perform installations of water heaters (tank and tankless), sewer lines, and plumbing remodels for residential and light commercial properties
- Â Diagnose plumbing installation requirements and provide effective solutions for customers
- Â Utilize Service Titan to manage service calls, schedules, and customer information efficiently
- Â Collaborate with the office team and fellow technicians for smooth communication
- Â Uphold our standards of quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service
- Â Provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers based on installation needs
- Â Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Â Experience in residential and light commercial plumbing installations, including water heaters, sewer lines, and remodels
- Â Proficiency with Service Titan or similar service management software
- Â Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and complete plumbing installation tasks effectively
