Experienced Account Manager – Freight & Logistics

TLS is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in freight brokerage. If you're passionate about building strong customer relationships, growing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts
• Develop new business opportunities through relationship building and strategic outreach
• Coordinate daily freight movements by working closely with carriers and customers
• Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service and proactive communication
• Collaborate with an experienced team to ensure successful shipments and long-term customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in freight brokerage and/or third-party logistics (3PL)
• Proven success managing customer relationships and growing business
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and customers in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and a team-oriented attitude
