Job Details:

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties such as answering telephones; typing documents and correspondence; compiling data and generating reports; maintaining files; billing and checking of loading documents for accuracy and any other duties or special projects as assigned. Must be able to work an adjusted schedule when needed due to absenteeism, this would include a 12-hour shift.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2 plus years experience.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating simple letters spreadsheets and or graphics for personal business use or creating simple queries and simply formatted data output using a fourth generation language.

Communication Skills: Ability to interact with and communicate efficiently with co-workers, working well in a team environment. Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to multi-task.
